FOG-X is a pre-cut anti-fog, anti-scratch film that applies directly to the inside of your lens — no spray, no gel, no reapplying before every session.

Clean with a Soft Towel
Wipe the inside of the lens down before applying. Any dust, oil, or residue trapped under the film will show as a bubble or haze once applied.
Peel the Red Tabs
Peel away the red tabs first, exposing the film's edge without touching the adhesive side.
Insert and Peel the Blue Tab
Insert the film into the lens, then peel the blue tab to release the backing and press it into place.
Rinse and Keep Wet
Rinse before use and keep the lens wet during swims — the anti-fog layer performs best wet, not dry.
