The APEX+ PRO Fins convert kick effort into propulsion without breaking ankle mechanics — an open-heel, true left/right anatomical fit that lets the blade load and release the way a bare foot would.
Built for the hip-driven kick
The ultralight blade and wide foot pocket keep the ankle free to flex, rewarding a kick driven from the hip over one driven from the knee — the more efficient, less fatiguing pattern across a full set.
Material and stiffness
Molded from medical-grade TPU at a stiffness rating of 65 (medium) — stiff enough to hold propulsion on sprint sets, flexible enough for technique work and longer aerobic sets.
Weight
440–480g per pair depending on size — significantly lighter than typical short-blade fins in this size, often 100g+ lighter per pair, with less drag on the recovery kick.

True Anatomical Fit
Molded as a genuine left and right pair, not a mirrored symmetrical shape. Each fin follows the natural angle of the foot, so kick force transfers cleanly instead of leaking through a misaligned pocket.
